Terms & Conditions of the Scheme – Fuel & Ride Campaign 

• These terms and conditions pertains to the above mentioned lucky draw scheme at participating retail outlets. In case of any conflict, the terms and conditions mentioned herein shall prevail to the extent of such conflict. 
• The customer’s participation in this scheme shall be deemed as acceptance to the terms and conditions mentioned here. Anyone using unfair means will be immediately disqualified. 
• This is a limited period lucky draw Scheme valid from 1st Dec 2024 to 15th May 2025 at participating retail outlets of IOCL in Districts of South Goa, North Goa, Sindhudurg, Ratnagiri, Kolhapur and Sangli. 
• The list of participating retail outlets is Annexed. IOCL reserves the right to increase or decrease the no. of participating outlets.
• Eligibility:
• 2/3 Wheeler customers fueling XP95, XtraGreen, XP100 for Rs.250/- and above or Petrol, Diesel for Rs.350/- and above,
• 4 Wheelers fueling XP95, XtraGreen, XP100 for Rs.800/- and above or Petrol, Diesel for Rs.1000/- and above will be eligible to participate in the campaign. 
• The lucky draw shall be QR code based. The QR code shall be displayed at all participating outlets. The eligible customer shall scan the QR code for participating in the scheme and fill the sought details. In case of any difficulty, the customer may take help of designated customer attendants at retail outlet.
• The eligible customer shall scan the QR code for participating in the scheme and fill the following basic details: 
• i. Name * 
• ii. Mobile No.* 
• iii. Bill Amount* 
• iv. Vehicle Type – 2W/ 3W/ 4W
• v. Gender- Male/Female 
• vi. Fuel Type – Petrol/ Diesel/XP95/XG/XP100 
• vii. Bill No* 
• The fields marked ‘*’are mandatory.
• Bumper Prizes: 
• 1. Hero HF Deluxe - 4 Nos 
• 2. Super Splendor Xtec - 2 Nos 
• 3. Hero Pleasure Scooter - 2 Nos 
• Fortnightly Prize – 10 lucky winners selected through lucky draw from each of the participating outlet shall get free fuel worth Rs. 250/- (XP95/XG/XP100 or Petrol/Diesel in case XP95/XG/XP100 is not available at the Outlet) 
• A customer can participate any number of times during the offer period. A customer should scan the QR code to complete the registration formalities for promotional offer after every purchase as specified above.
• The fortnightly draw shall be done retail outlet wise at the end of each Fortnight and mega draw for Bumper prize shall be done centrally at one place at the end of the offer period.
• The selection of lucky customers shall be done through randomizer. The winners will be contacted via WhatsApp or call. 
• The customer has to collect the copy of original invoice/ bill based on which the customer has participated in the lucky draw scheme and preserve the original with him and produce the same on request by the Corporation. It is recommended that the customer keeps the photocopy of original printed bills to help in verifying the original bill if it partially fades away.
• Regarding Bumper prizes : 
• a. The ex-showroom price shall be borne by IOCL and lucky winner (customer) has to bear all other charges. Also, in case of increase in ex-showroom price by the vehicle company, the same shall be borne by the customer.
• b. The customer has to complete all formalities like KYC and vehicle shall be registered in his/ her name (lucky customer selected through draw) only.
• c. No cash shall be refunded to customer by IOCL, its dealer, vehicle dealer or vehicle manufacturer on account of this scheme.
• d. The vehicle shall be delivered to customer by the IOCL designated vehicle dealer to customer on production of confirmation letter by IOCL, completion of formalities and payment of dues by customer.
• e. The model/ color of vehicle shall be as chosen by IOCL and if any lucky customer wishes to upgrade, the differential cost shall be borne by the customer.
• Prize money given under lucky draw will be subject to TDS under section 194B of Income Tax Act 1961 @ 30%. TDS will be applicable on the amount born by IOCL only. The said amount shall be collected from lucky winner and the amount shall be deposited by IOCL to income tax department.
• Regarding fortnightly prize (free fuel voucher worth Rs. 250/- per customer) 
• a. The lucky customers shall get fuel voucher worth Rs. 250/-. 
• b. The customer shall be able to redeem the voucher only at the outlet from where he has participated in the lucky draw.
• c. The customer shall be able to redeem the voucher by purchasing fuel viz. XP95 or XtraGreen or XP100 (depending on the availability of these products at that outlet). In case these products are not available at the outlet Petrol/Diesel can be purchased against the free fuel coupon. 
• d. Free Fuel worth Rs. 250/- is to be redeemed in single go by the customer against applicable fuel as mentioned above and no part redemption shall be allowed in any case. 
• e. No cash refund shall be made to customer against the fuel voucher either in part or full.
• By participating in this scheme, the customer agrees that the information provided by him/ her may be used by the Company for the administration of this scheme. The same may also be used to study the scheme further or designing future scheme or to communicate future promotions to customers.
• The decision of IOCL as regards to promotional lucky draw scheme shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
• If the lucky customer doesn’t completes the desired formalities as mentioned above or doesn’t respond or shows dis-interest, the said prize shall be forfeited.
• The customer agrees that IOCL shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the promotional offer or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (except any liability which may not be excluded under applicable law).
• IOCL shall not be responsible for participants who are not able to understand the contest’s mechanics or for misinterpretation of the same. No correspondence, clarification, explanation in this regard will be entertained by the Corporation. 
• No queries, clarifications, claims, suggestions, dispute, complaints or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by IOCL after the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer. 
• No queries/clarifications/suggestions will be entertained by IOCL on the modality of selection of winners. The winner decided under these offers will be final and participants waive its right to challenge & dispute the process and winner declared hereby. 
• IOCL reserves the right to terminate, extend or change this Contest / Offer Period or any part thereof at any time at its sole discretion without prior notification. The decisions of IOCL with regard to this Contest/ Offer Period, and the declaration of the winners, are final and binding. 
• IOCL reserves the right to reject any participants’ entry on any grounds without the need to notify the participant of the reasons for rejection. 
• IOCL employees, dealers, their dependents shall not be eligible to participate in this scheme.
• IOCL shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused as a result of cancellation/ amendment of the lucky draw scheme, amendment or revocation of all or part of these Terms and Conditions, any act of God- Natural calamity (Pandemic | Earthquake | Tsunami | Flood or any man-made calamity (War | Coup | Riots | Bandh | Strike) or governmental action or other force majeure circumstances. The participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible. The Corporation also reserves the right to amend/modify the terms and conditions or any part thereof at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash or kind. In the event that the winner does not take the Prize in the time and manner stipulated, the Prizes will be deemed to be forfeited. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unused prizes are non transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be exchanged for cash or kind. The winning entry is non-transferable to any other person under any circumstances. 
• Apart from the entitlement to the prizes, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no rights or claims against the Corporation or its employees. 
• Travel arrangements, boarding and lodging, if any, for availing the Prizes under this promotional offer shall not be the responsibility of IOCL. Prize winners have to make their own arrangements to collect the prize.
• The Contest prize shall contain Warranty as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and IOCL shall not be held liable with respect to the Warranty of the Contest prizes. 
• The courts of competent jurisdiction at Kozhikode shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Promotional Offer. Further, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participants and/or the Organizers with respect to this Contest shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
• The onus of payment of any statutory levies / taxes on the gift items not specifically mentioned here shall rest solely on the prize winners.
• The prize winners would be given a limited period (as decided by IOCL) to complete the requisite formalities from the date of intimation of prize winning. If the prize winner is not able to complete the requisite formalities, including payment of taxes etc., within this specified period, the prize shall be forfeited. 
• IOCL does not guarantee the delivery of the product on the same day of announcement; the product is subject to availability. 
• The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion. The submission of false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in the claimant being subject to civil or criminal liability.
